Shipping & returns

 

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. If you experience any delays or issues with your order, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Returns & Exchanges 

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mike Eruzione Shop. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following guidelines:

 

Returns 

•We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

•Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.

•A prepaid return label is included in your package for your convenience.

•Simply attach the return label to your package and include a note inside with your order details and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

 

Exchanges 

•If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same return process and indicate your desired replacement item in your note.

•Once we receive your return, we will contact you to collect a $10 exchange fee before shipping your replacement item.

 

Additional Information 

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

•Shipping costs are non-refundable.
